I charge  50% of service booked in the event of a no-show

My space is small so I ask you don't bring friends or family who are not receiving services or driving you. If you must bring small children make sure you have things to keep their attention, salons are not safe playgrounds.

Products can be exchanged for another product at the same price point

I reserve the right to refuse services for anyone I feel I will not be able to achieve what they are wanting or the hair is to compromised.
